  1. Login to your online banking<\/li>
  2. Navigate to the bill payment section and select \u201cAdd a Payee.\u201d<\/li>
  3. Add NBIN as the payee.

    \u2022 ***Note \u2013 only select the NBIN option, NOT \u2018NBIN Financial Services.\u2019<\/li>
  4. Navigate back to the bill payment section and select the previously added NBIN payee.<\/li>
  5. Make a bill payment to your account number (when entering the account number, use ALL CAPS, no spaces format, ex. 123ABC)

      Option 1 \u2013 Call Method<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

      • On the right-hand side, under \u201cNeed Help?\u201d call 1-855-844-0172. Select option 1 \u2013 Client.<\/li>
      • This will connect you with a representative who will assist you in getting your accounts online set up. They will require some information, we recommend having one of your portfolio statements handy to reference (i.e., account information details, account number, etc.)<\/li><\/ul>

        • Click \u201cstart here,\u201d which is located to the right of \u201cFirst time signing in?\u201d. After selecting \u201cstart here\u201d you should see this webpage:\"Welcome<\/li><\/ul>
