The holiday season is a time for giving, and at the Baun & Pate Investment Group (BPIG), we\u2019re excited to bring back our 12 Days of Giving<\/strong> for 2024.<\/p>\n

In place of sending Christmas cards, we are continuing a tradition that aligns with our core values as active members of the Calgary community. Over the course of 12 days, we will highlight a charity selected by a member of our team\u2014one that holds personal significance to them and truly embodies the spirit of Calgary and the essence of giving back. Thanks to the generosity of Michael Pate and Craig Baun, each of these organizations will receive a $1,000 donation to support the meaningful work they do in our community.<\/p>\n

On the third day of giving,\u00a0Andrea Tyrrell, our Senior Associate Investment Advisor, nominated \u00a0Kids Up Front<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Why? Kids Up Front believes every kid deserves a seat in the crowd and to spend time building strong social and familial connections.\u00a0\u201cFor several years, my family has donated Calgary Stampeders tickets for every home game to Kids Up Front,\u201d said Andrea. \u00a0\u201cAttending CFL games is always an experience for us, and I love knowing that somewhere in the crowd, there are other families who are enjoying the experience of putting everything else aside for a few hours and just having fun together.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kids Up Front works with community partners to distribute tickets to family friendly events including but not limited to sporting events, musical shows, and concerts.\u00a0Their \u201cMore Than a Ticket\u201d program offers kids opportunities to bond with their families and create lifelong memories in the process.<\/p>\n
