As a Senior Wealth Advisor and Portfolio Manager, Mark brings over 18 years of experience to Wellington-Altus Private Wealth. During this time, he has earned a reputation for building long-lasting relationships and providing tailored investment solutions for his clients.
Mark’s personalized approach focuses on understanding each client’s unique needs, risk tolerance, and objectives. He provides his clients with unbiased access to a full spectrum of investment products, from traditional assets like stocks and bonds to alternative assets such as private equity and structured products. His broad expertise ensures tailored financial strategies for each client.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree with a major in economics from the University of Victoria (UVic) and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® He also holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation, one of the highest levels of certification in the investment industry, highlighting his advanced skills in portfolio management and discretionary investment authority. Additionally, Mark is a licensed insurance advisor with Wellington-Altus Insurance, enabling him to offer comprehensive financial and risk management solutions.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of all the Okanagan has to offer. Together with his wife and four children, they keep active with numerous activities including hiking, golfing and soccer in the summer while skiing and hockey fill the winter months.

Building wealth and protecting assets are Trevor’s main concerns.
Over the past 28 years, Trevor has found that understanding his clients’ goals, objectives, and building long-lasting trust is the key to financial success between client and advisor. He works closely with all his clients to ensure they fully understand how to protect their wealth as it pertains to retirement, estate, and corporate planning options. As a certified financial planner, his job is to look holistically at a client’s personal situation and discuss the best possible alternatives that fit their financial needs. Trevor is truly invested in the success of his clients and is proud of the relationships he has built with them over the years.
Born and raised in Kelowna, Trevor has two children, Brooklyn and Madison. They enjoy the fruits (no pun) that the Okanagan provides. Golfing, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, socializing with great people, and more recently, gold panning, are a few but not all of the activities that he enjoys.

George Tozer has over 20 years’ experience assisting individuals and corporations in developing investment, tax, succession, and estate planning strategies and solutions.
George’s proven and systematic approach utilizes an array of conventional and alternative investment disciplines, tax-preferred strategies, and personal and corporate life insurance solutions. His financial planning process delivers both results and peace of mind to his clients.
George is a Certified Financial Planner, has obtained his Life and Disability Insurance Level 2 designations, and has completed the Wealth Management Essentials (WME®) course. He is also a member in good standing with the Kelowna Estate Planning Society.
George’s family has long-standing roots in Kelowna. He has built credibility and trust in many areas of the community. His community involvement has included Kelowna Minor Hockey, Central Okanagan Youth Soccer, Steve Nash and Middle School Basketball leagues, in addition to being on the boards of Creative Okanagan, the Okanagan Symphony Society, and the Kelowna Secondary School music program.
George lives in Kelowna with his wife, Sheila French, where they enjoy biking, hiking, travelling, cooking together, and attending music events around the area.

Lindsey Wells launched her career in wealth when she joined Wellington-Altus as Kelowna’s Branch Administrator. She takes pride in her leadership approach, positive attitude, and hard work ethic to ensure clients’ needs are met.
Lindsey obtained a B.A. in Environmental Studies. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time with family, reading a good book, and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities the beautiful Okanagan has to offer.

Recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree, Katya brings academic prowess and a deep interest in the dynamic financial industry to our team. Eager to contribute to the ever-evolving world of finance, Katya is positioned for growth, reflecting a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Her extensive experience in customer service helps ensure clients receive unparalleled support, aligning seamlessly with our high standards. Outside of the office, Katya enjoys all the outdoor activities Okanagan has to offer as well as traveling the world, reading, and indulging in theater.

Judith joined Wellington-Altus in May 2022 and is based in Kelowna, BC. She works with advisory teams and clients across Canada to bring innovative tax strategies to their wealth plans. Judith believes a client’s objectives must drive any tax plan and loves helping clients find personalized solutions to their planning needs.
Prior to joining Wellington-Altus, Judith spent over 10 years at top-tier law and accounting firms advising clients on complex tax issues. Passionate about tax and making tax planning relevant and accessible to all, she regularly prepares presentations on various tax issues and has contributed to numerous publications on selected tax topics. She has been a speaker at various Canadian Tax Foundation conferences and a facilitator and lecturer for CPA Canada’s “In-Depth Tax Program”.
Judith graduated from the Université de Montréal with a Bachelor of Laws in civil law and a Master of Laws in taxation (jointly with HEC Montréal). Judith is a lawyer with the Barreau du Québec and a Canadian Legal Advisor with the Law Society of British Columbia.
Outside of work, she is an avid runner and cyclist, and loves to explore local trails. She can often be found enjoying the outdoor mountain playgrounds that surround her home.

Michael joined Wellington-Altus in May 2022 and is based in Kelowna, where he works primarily with advisory teams and their clients in interior British Columbia.
Prior to joining Wellington-Altus, Michael dedicated over a decade to gaining experience and knowledge in a public practice accounting setting, primarily specializing in Canadian domestic taxation. Within this role, Michael provided domestic tax expertise to owner-managed businesses with a focus on corporate reorganizations, succession planning, and estate planning. These experiences resulted in Michael becoming a technical leader within the firm, educating both tax and non-tax professionals on timely topics to ensure they had the knowledge required to help their clients navigate the current tax and business environment.
As a CPA, CA, Michael has a strong background in Canadian income tax matters. Combined with his Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations, Michael excels at addressing various wealth planning needs.
Outside of work, Michael is also a facilitator for the CPA Canada “In-Depth Tax Program” and serves as the Member Services Officer for the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Canada Okanagan Chapter.

Connie joined Wellington-Altus in 2019 as the inaugural Manager of Insurance and is based in Winnipeg, MB. She began her journey in the wealth services industry at one of Canada’s pre-eminent insurance companies and has obtained both life and investment licensing designations. She values employing a holistic approach to best serve the interests and needs of clients and has spent many years fostering strong relationships and helping clients build and manage their wealth. Connie is passionate about educating both advisors and their clients on how to effectively preserve and pass on wealth.
Connie graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Education and holds her CFP® and CHS designations. She is licensed across the country to provide life, accidental and critical illness solutions through Wellington-Altus Insurance Inc.
Outside of work, she loves to cook, enjoys travelling and is fanatic about baseball. Between May and September, she can be found at Shaw Park with her husband Clint and daughter Madison cheering on her hometown Winnipeg Goldeyes.
