She orchestrates internal operations and workflow coordination, stepping in wherever needed to support the effectiveness of our team and the quality of our client experience. Known for her creativity, initiative, and collaborative mindset, Pamela is a highly valued member of the Cresco team.

Outside of work, Pamela stays busy with her young son, balancing family time with her passions for yoga, tennis, and exploring new dining spots with her husband.
