Ngozi began her professional journey by earning a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics, inspired by a desire to help people live healthier, more balanced lives. In 2020, seeing an opportunity to transition to a job in finance – and liking how she could make a meaningful difference in people’s long-term wellbeing – she made the decision to shift her career into finance. Determined to grow in the industry, Ngozi completed the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) and is currently pursuing the Qualified Associate Financial Planner (QAFP®) designation. Her continued learning and development reflect a clear commitment to helping clients plan with purpose and confidence.
In her current role on the Cresco planning team, Ngozi is dedicated to creating financial plans that make a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives. She is committed to continuous learning and is always seeking ways to deepen her knowledge to better serve those she works with. Known for her ability to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and provide clarity and a clear path forward.
Outside of work, Ngozi enjoys quality time with her husband and two sons. She finds joy in music and spending time in nature—activities that bring balance to her life and fuel her passion for helping others thrive both financially and personally.
