After a decade of firsthand experience, he saw an opportunity to build something different. Something better. He envisioned a practice that didn\u2019t revolve around one person, but instead brought together like-minded professionals committed to shared values, long-term relationships, and exceptional client service.<\/p><p>From that seed, Cresco was born. The name \u201cCresco,\u201d meaning \u201cto grow\u201d in Latin, captured the spirit of what they hoped to build: not only a business, but a community \u2014 of clients, teammates, and future
