It has also influenced her to strive toward excellence and higher achievements within the financial sector. She is a Memorial University of Newfoundland graduate with degrees in Arts and Education. She is also a leader for the Girl Guides of Canada, where she actively participates in empowering young girls and promoting female independence in all facets, including finance.<\/p><p>During the summer, Kelly can be found lakeside rowing and coxing in preparation for the annual Royal St. John&#8217;s Regatta and in the winter at the rink with her developmental Women&#8217;s TomCats Hockey League.
