He has worked closely with multi-generational families, successful professionals, clients nearing retirement, retirees, business owners, as well as institutional clients including publicly traded and private corporations and endowment funds. Ryan\u00a0has a deep understanding of the investment industry through more than two decades of industry-related education, most recently completing the FEA (Family Enterprise Advisor) program which has been an incredible addition to continue best-supporting our clients in the high and ultra-high net worth space. His experience working closely with investors has solidified exactly what is important, giving him the unique ability to understand, empower and counsel our clients to achieve their financial goals. Being a second-generation family business owner also gives Ryan a real-life understanding of the families-in-business we work with. Knowing that honesty, openness and simplicity are integral, Ryan has built solid, enduring relationships.<\/p><p>Ryan continues to lead the team at Henderson &amp; Associates; responsible for all operations, long-term vision and strategic planning. He also consults with Bruce on the investment decisions within the discretionary portfolios. For many years, Ryan was a member of his previous firm\u2019s Chairman\u2019s Council, which recognized select advisors across the country for excellence in business management, client service and their contribution to the firm. He continues to enjoy similar successes, proudly serving as a member of Wellington-Altus\u2019 Advisory Board, helping to craft policy and strategy for our firm and its advisors.<\/p><p>Ryan and his wife have a teenage son and live just outside of Winnipeg. When not spending time with clients, Ryan enjoys being involved in his community, staying active and enjoying the outdoors on their country property as well as at their family She is able to put her years of experience to good work on the facilitation of all investment portfolios from simple to complex. She sincerely enjoys supporting our clients and building strong, close relationships. Andrea also works hard in the background, involved in strategic planning for the team as well as being key in running the discretionary portfolio trading software platform.<\/p><p>Outside of work, Andrea spends time with her husband, Ryan Henderson and their teenage son. An experienced horseback rider, she always loves to be outdoors, enjoys spending time with family, their two bulldogs, travelling and staying
