My team relies on me to step in for complex situations, to work closely with departments such as IT and Compliance, and stay engaged until outcomes are clear and well executed.<\/p><p>In addition to overseeing client service and administration, I play a key role in training new staff and developing internal procedures and documentation that helps to support my team. My focus is on consistency, efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of client care. I thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and value being closely involved in the flow of the business, where I can make decisions, troubleshoot as needed, and contribute meaningfully to both team success and the client experience.<\/p><p>I was born and raised in Lethbridge, where I grew up on my family\u2019s farm, an experience that shaped my strong work ethic, independence, and practical approach. Outside of work, I lead an active lifestyle and enjoy hiking, competing in mountain races, fishing, and playing soccer.
