MBA, CIM, FCSI®, FMA
Senior Wealth Advisor & Senior Portfolio Manager
Tyler Marche doesn’t speak jargon. Instead, he speaks English—plain English. The core belief that has driven him every day since 2000, when he began his career as an investment advisor, is that wealth management doesn’t need to be complicated. It needs to be simple.
It’s a belief that formed early. When Tyler was just 14, someone left behind a book about Warren Buffett—The Warren Buffet Way. Tyler picked it up and was instantly inspired.
It was the genesis of this promise: Your life, uncomplicated.
For all its benefits, wealth can be a complex burden. Uncomplicating your life means listening to your hopes and dreams—whatever they may be—and building a comprehensive financial plan that includes a custom-fit suite of services and solutions designed for the long term. Your plan frees you from worrying about investments and lets you simply live your life.
Tyler’s deep understanding comes from many years of education and ongoing training. He holds an MBA from Dalhousie and holds the Fellow of the Canadian Institute (FCSI®) designation, and Life Insurance Advisor (LLQP). In addition to these academic credentials, Tyler was nominated in 2016 by the Investment Industry Association of Canada for the Top Under 40 Award.
The knowledge and expertise of the Marche Wealth Management team are second to none. Through Wellington-Altus Private Wealth, they have access to a wide network of leading subject matter experts across the country. Combined with Tyler’s renowned passion and enthusiasm for solving complex financial problems and educating clients, this enables them to deliver innovative and creative strategies.
Your life, uncomplicated includes a promise to always be proactive—keeping you informed, addressing any questions you may have, and ensuring you feel comfortable and empowered at all times.
This approach allows us to give you something even more valuable: time. To paraphrase Einstein, if we can’t explain an investment solution simply to you, we don’t understand it well enough. And—with another nod to Buffett—we hand-select only those investment solutions we truly understand in depth.

Tracy McClure holds her Chartered Professional Accountant and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, and a valued member on the Marche Wealth Management team.
For 20 years in the middle of her career, Tracy was a translator of sorts. She worked in the learning and development group at a major bank, leading the design and development of training programs for wealth management businesses. Her role involved translating business needs into language developers could understand—and vice versa.
Those translation skills could not be more valuable as she assists us to create top-tier financial plans—translating clients’ hopes and dreams into a comprehensive and reassuring view of their future.
As Tracy says, “I’m 60 now, and I’ve had a long career as a financial planner, both before and after my learning and development role. I’ve always loved—loved—putting together a plan that clarifies what a client’s financial future could look like. Clients provide the information, and I consolidate it, develop projections, and present everything in a way that’s easy to understand, allowing them to make informed decisions.”
Easy for them to understand. Uncomplicated. Just as our brand foundation promises.
Allowing, as Tracy puts it, “any anxiety they may have had to just float away.”
Tracy describes herself as a relationship person—someone who makes friends wherever she goes. For her, the relationship side of the business is especially rewarding.
“I get tremendous satisfaction from really getting to know clients and understanding what’s important to them, both in their careers and personal lives. It’s kind of unusual for a CPA,” she says with a smile, “but I love getting to know people.”
As an integral part of the Marche Wealth Management Team, Tracy fully understands their emphasis on supporting families with multigenerational planning. As a member of a very close-knit family herself, she describes the opportunity to work with multiple generations very simply: as a “gift.”
Other gifts? Dahlias. And music.
In her personal time, Tracy grows dahlias at the eco-property she owns north of Whitby with her husband. They also own an r-pod trailer and plan to travel across Canada and the United States to attend music festivals—mostly folk and bluegrass. She’s also learning Spanish, which comes in handy during her annual trips to Mexico.
“These aren’t extravagant pursuits, and that’s just the way I like it,” she says.

In her professional life, Elizabeth has been a marvel of consistency. Over a career in the investment industry spanning more than two decades, she has built a reputation for being dependable, organized, and deeply committed to creating a smooth and reassuring experience for clients.

“I make sure that clients never feel overwhelmed,” she says. “I know from my own experience, starting out in a new country so many years ago, that things can be unnecessarily complex. I want every experience with us to feel seamless, so you can simply live your life—whatever season you’re in.”
In some ways, change has continued to be a theme throughout her life. One of the things she enjoys most about Canada is experiencing all four seasons. In the summer, you’ll often find her outside in the garden. In the spring and fall, she enjoys watching the colours change on hikes and country drives. Winter, meanwhile, is reserved for birdwatching and reading.
