Upon earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary\u2019s University, he went on to attain his Chartered Professional Accountant designation. Working in the areas of taxation, insolvency and as a management consultant for large corporations wanting to engineer their businesses, Brian gained the important exposure needed to effectively analyze and assess business practices and sustainability.<\/p><p>Making the jump to the investment industry was a natural, given Brian\u2019s knowledge and experience. As past District Vice-President of a large mutual fund company, he became an advisor to Investment Advisors. His clients received timely information on financial products and solutions, market conditions and opportunities. Brian works directly with the investor, allowing Brian the opportunity to share his understanding of portfolio construction, maintenance, and taxation with his
