Before becoming an advisor, Regan worked on the family farm with his father in Saskatchewan. Always comfortable with hard work and taking a focused approach to problem-solving, he moved on to earn his Red Seal Journeyman Electrician designation. From there, Regan wanted to pursue another challenge where he could expand his intellectual and technological skills, and desire to help others, so he became a financial professional. In November 2009, Regan entered into the wealth management industry. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ® designation and eventually his Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC®) and Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) designations to better meet clients’ changing and often complex needs. Regan is passionate about working with successful families in building their after-tax wealth, protecting their families and businesses, and helping them take control of their future through changing market or economic conditions.​​

In his free time, Regan enjoys spending time with his wife, Nadelle, and their two children, Felix and Felicity. Together they enjoy kickboxing, camping, and building Lego.

Adrian Dargis

Growing up on a farm in Northeast Alberta, he developed a strong work ethic and resilience—values that continue to define his practice today.

After graduating in Business from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) in 2014, Adrian quickly established himself as a successful financial advisor. He earned his CFP® certification in 2018 and has since built a practice dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve lasting financial success. With a deep understanding of the agricultural industry, he provides specialized guidance tailored to his clients’ evolving needs.

Adrian is passionate about helping families build and preserve wealth across generations. He works closely with clients to create comprehensive financial plans that support long-term security, from growing assets to passing on a meaningful legacy. His approach prioritizes financial well-being not just for today, but for the future of his clients and their loved ones.

Beyond his professional expertise, Adrian is a proud father of four. Balancing his thriving career with a busy household, he understands firsthand the importance of financial security and planning for the future. Mike Palynchuk is a seasoned Wealth Advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional who brings decades of financial expertise and an unwavering commitment to excellence. After earning his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, Mike has been a prominent figure in the financial industry since 1983, providing expert guidance and personalized financial strategies to clients.

Attaining the esteemed CFP® certificate in 1994, Mike shared his extensive knowledge by teaching CFP® courses at Grant MacEwan from 1995 to 2000. His dedication extends to voluntary leadership roles, including two terms as Chairman of the local Canadian Association for Financial Planners chapter. After the merger with Advocis, he also served as the National Chair of Education for CAFP and the National Member Service Chair for Advocis.

Mike partnered with Adrian in 2021, combining his wealth of experience with Adrian’s innovative, forward-thinking approach to better serve clients. Together, they offer a unique blend of financial expertise and visionary strategies.

Autumn Mundorf

Born and raised in Edmonton, Autumn has always valued building genuine relationships and helping people feel supported in the decisions that matter most. She began her career in wealth management in early 2013 and has continued to grow her knowledge and experience ever since. In 2014, she obtained her Life Insurance and Accident & Sickness Insurance Licenses, followed by the Canadian Investment Course in 2017. In 2019, Autumn completed the Exempt Market Proficiency Course, which ultimately led her to work closely with Regan. She went on to complete the Canadian Securities Course in 2020 and became an Associate Investment Advisor in 2021. In 2022, Autumn earned the Qualified Associate Financial Planner™ (QAFP®) certification, reflecting her commitment to continuing education and to providing clients with thoughtful, well-rounded support.
As the primary point of contact for the Schiller Dargis Private Wealth team, Autumn is often the first person clients connect with. Her attention to detail and industry experience helps ensure clients feel informed, cared for, and confident throughout their experience with the team.

As an Associate Investment Advisor with Schiller Dargis Private Wealth, Stuart works closely with clients and their families to help simplify complex financial matters and deliver an exceptional wealth management experience. He plays a key role in portfolio management, financial planning coordination, and client service. Whether assisting with investment strategies, retirement planning, estate considerations, or day-to-day financial needs, Stuart is committed to ensuring clients receive thoughtful guidance and responsive support. He understands that successful wealth management is about more than investments, it is about building lasting relationships and helping clients achieve what matters most.

Prior to joining Wellington-Altus Private Wealth in February 2022, Stuart spent four years managing wealth for high-net-worth families at a large Canadian financial institution. While the experience provided a strong foundation in wealth management, he was drawn to Wellington-Altus’ independent model, which empowers advisors to provide objective advice and personalized solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. This freedom allows him to focus on what is most important, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Stuart earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from the University of Alberta and is a fully Registered Representative with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). He remains committed to ongoing professional development and continually expanding his expertise to better serve clients and help them navigate an increasingly complex financial landscape.

What Stuart enjoys most about his role is making a meaningful impact in clients’ lives. Whether helping families prepare for retirement, navigate major life transitions, support future generations, or preserve and grow their wealth, he is passionate about providing thoughtful guidance and dependable support every step of the way.

Outside the office, Stuart enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking, skiing, golfing, and playing hockey. A lifelong Edmontonian, he also enjoys exploring the local food and craft brewery scene and is always on the lookout for a new restaurant, brewery, or hidden gem to discover.

Nick Lischka

Nick Lischka joined the team in 2025, bringing a wealth of leadership experience from managing a large chain of restaurants. Prior to joining, he worked as an insurance specialist at a respected agency, where he honed his expertise in business coverage, critical illness protection, health benefits, and life and wealth investment strategies.

Nick is passionate about helping clients achieve exceptional outcomes through tailored financial solutions and building meaningful, long-lasting relationships. With his diverse background and deep understanding of client needs, he plays a key role in enhancing the team’s ability to deliver exceptional service.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys playing hockey with friends, catching a game, and spending quality time with his family. Inspired by the birth of his daughter, he developed a strong appreciation for the importance of planning for the future—an outlook that continues to shape his dedication to helping others secure their financial well-being.

Tristyn was born and raised in Edmonton. She began her financial career in 2006, starting in banking before transitioning to the life insurance and investment sector. Along the way she completed her Canadian Securities Course in 2021 and is currently working toward obtaining her Wealth Management Essentials. In her role as Client Services Associate, Tristyn is committed to creating a memorable client experience and ensuring every client receives exceptional, above-and-beyond service.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going camping, out for dinners, and any outdoor activities.

Chelsea Butler

Chelsea grew up in Red Deer before moving to Edmonton in 2012. Chelsea began her career in the financial industry in 2018 as an executive assistant. After working for a smaller firm, she joined Regan’s team in 2020. Chelsea orchestrates the Schiller Dargis Private Wealth marketing and assists with improving the client experience.

In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys reading, teaching swing dance and cooking for friends and family.

Nadelle joined Regan in the early years of his practice. She brought a diverse career background that has instilled a strong use of policy and procedures. Her efforts were instrumental in the growth of the practice. Further to that, Nadelle brought a dedicated approach to making an outstanding client experience. She now oversees the operations of Schiller Dargis Private Wealth which allows her to support the continued growth of the practice.


Nadelle enjoys family time with Regan and their two children, reading, camping and backpacking, having completed the West Coast Trail twice.

Judith Charbonneau Kaplan

LL.B., LL.M. TAX, TEP

Vice-President, Advanced Wealth Planning Strategy & Services

Judith is based in Kelowna, BC and works with advisory teams and clients across Canada to bring innovative tax strategies and estate planning solutions to their wealth plans. Judith believes a client’s objectives must drive any plan and loves helping clients find personalized solutions to their planning needs.

Prior to joining Wellington-Altus, Judith spent over 10 years at top-tier law and accounting firms advising clients on complex tax issues. Passionate about tax and making tax planning relevant and accessible to all, she regularly prepares presentations on various tax issues and has contributed to numerous publications on selected tax topics. She has been a speaker at various Canadian Tax Foundation conferences and a facilitator and lecturer for CPA Canada’s “In-Depth Tax Program”.

Judith graduated from the Université de Montréal with a Bachelor of Laws in civil law and a Master of Laws in taxation (jointly with HEC Montréal). Judith is a lawyer with the Barreau du Québec and a Canadian Legal Advisor with the Law Society of British Columbia.

Outside of work, she is an avid runner and cyclist, and loves to explore local trails. She can often be found enjoying the outdoor mountain playgrounds that surround her home.

Gene Hochachka​

Independent Consultant

Gene Hochachka is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Frontier Financial Inc., a registered portfolio manager. Originally from Edmonton, Gene began his career in Vancouver, where he spent eight years as a quantitative financial analyst with Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management. He then spent nearly sixteen years with ATB Investment Management, first as a portfolio manager of the Compass portfolio program and then also as the company’s Chief Investment Officer. Under his management, Compass was one of the top-performing programs of its type in Canada and grew to nearly $17 billion of assets.

Gene supports Dargis Private Family Wealth through his role as an independent Portfolio Consultant, which includes the design of model portfolios, ongoing due diligence, client communication, and acting as a sounding board to Adrian & Mike to discuss markets and investing.

Gene’s education includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from the University of Alberta, a Master of Science in Finance degree from the University of British Columbia including one year of doctoral-level courses, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
