should address the following questions:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>When do they wish to give? \u00a0Today, next year, or in their Will?<\/li>\n<li>How do they wish to give? \u00a0Through a one-time donation, a regular monthly\/annual donation, or by naming a charity as a beneficiary on a particular account or life insurance policy?<\/li>\n<li>Who should give? \u00a0An individual, a family corporation or trust?<\/li>\n<li>How should the gift be funded? \u00a0Through cash, donations in-kind or securities, ecologically sensitive land or cultural property?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the attached
