Jeff is the Founder of Buskell Wealth Management, where he leads with a client-first philosophy and a commitment to building lasting, values-based relationships. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jeff has dedicated his career to helping individuals, families, professionals, business owners, trusts, and organizations make informed decisions about their financial future.
As a registered Portfolio Manager, Jeff offers discretionary investment management, allowing him to tailor portfolios and strategies that align with each client’s unique goals, needs, and priorities. He holds multiple professional designations, including Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®) – a distinction that reflects both his professional expertise and commitment to ethical standards.

Jeff holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA Hons) and has completed specialized training in aging and retirement planning as both a Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA®) and Elder Planning Counselor (EPC). He is also licensed to provide insurance solutions for residents of British Columbia and Alberta.
Jeff has called Kelowna home since 1994. He and his wife feel fortunate to raise their two young children in the Okanagan Valley, where they embrace the region’s four-season lifestyle – enjoying skiing, hiking, biking and making the most of life together.

Jennifer brings over two decades of experience in administration and business management, with a strong track record of supporting high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client service.
She began her career in the telecommunications industry, where she spent 14 years in a variety of roles spanning administration, sales, and customer service. Her ability to adapt and lead in dynamic environments laid a strong foundation for her transition into the Okanagan’s vibrant wine industry. For the past seven years, Jennifer held a key role in one of the region’s leading wineries, administering offsite sales, logistics, and compliance while ensuring smooth operations and regulatory excellence across multiple channels.
Known for her strong organizational skills, approachable nature, and client-centric mindset, Jenn brings incredible experience to Wellington-Altus, where she supports the Buskell Wealth Management clientele with efficiency, care, and attention to detail.
Originally from the Kootenays, Jenn continues to hold deep ties to her roots. She has called Kelowna home for over 20 years. Jenn is a mother to two and an avid outdoor enthusiast, whether it’s skiing in the winter, hiking in the spring, or enjoying lakeside time with family in the summer and fall.

Judith is based in Kelowna, BC and works with advisory teams and clients across Canada to bring innovative tax strategies and estate planning solutions to their wealth plans. Judith believes a client’s objectives must drive any plan and loves helping clients find personalized solutions to their planning needs.
Prior to joining Wellington-Altus, Judith spent over 10 years at top-tier law and accounting firms advising clients on complex tax issues. Passionate about tax and making tax planning relevant and accessible to all, she regularly prepares presentations on various tax issues and has contributed to numerous publications on selected tax topics. She has been a speaker at various Canadian Tax Foundation conferences and a facilitator and lecturer for CPA Canada’s “In-Depth Tax Program”.
Judith graduated from the Université de Montréal with a Bachelor of Laws in civil law and a Master of Laws in taxation (jointly with HEC Montréal). Judith is a lawyer with the Barreau du Québec and a Canadian Legal Advisor with the Law Society of British Columbia.
Outside of work, she is an avid runner and cyclist, and loves to explore local trails. She can often be found enjoying the outdoor mountain playgrounds that surround her home.

Senior Wealth Planner
Travis is an Okanagan-based Senior Wealth Planner who collaborates with Wellington-Altus advisory teams to craft personalized wealth solutions.
He prides himself on a comprehensive, client-first approach, fostering strong relationships while actively guiding individuals toward achieving their financial aspirations.
Drawing on a decade of experience in public practice accounting, Travis brings a deep specialization in Canadian taxation for owner-managed businesses. Prior to joining Wellington-Altus, his previous work focused on areas such as estate and post-mortem planning, corporate restructuring, and succession planning.
Travis has obtained his CPA and TEP designations and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in accounting from Grant MacEwan University.
Beyond the office walls, Travis enjoys exploring the great outdoors with his family. Together with his wife and three sons, they keep busy with a variety of activities, including hiking, swimming, and soccer along with hockey and skiing in the winter months.
