We are proud to update you that the Coastwood Cares launch was successful with our first recipient YANA (You Are Not Alone). We raised over $13,000 for this amazing charity and won the top fundraising team for the event in August. Thank you to those who supported.
We also had a great time hosting and sponsoring the CV Charity Golf Classic in September. Matt Beckett is one of the organizers of the entire event but the whole team at Coastwood Private Wealth showed up to support and raise funds for the Vampire Pavilion Project, Everybody Deserves A Smile, Comox Valley Hospice, and Comox Valley Baseball Association. The event raised over $115,000.
Save the date as this fundraiser is returning next year on September 5, 2025, at Crown Isle. We welcome golfers and non-golfers alike to participate as it is a fun event to raise funds for local non-profits. This event has raised over $600,000 in its short history.
For the month of October, we have selected L’Arche Comox Valley as they launch the fundraising campaign to build more units to house individuals with developmental disabilities. Coastwood Cares is committing $5,000 to this initiative and welcomes you to support this one as well, either in person, by coming to the event or donating below:
