Emad has been in the financial industry since 1995, specializing in providing solutions to the challenges of high-net-worth families and business owners. He has put his unique and personal approach on the financial planning industry by meaningfully putting people and service first and using financial planning to tailor solutions to life goals. As a Certified Financial Planner, he incorporates specialization in the areas of tax and portfolio risk management for families and their businesses, while ensuring the estate strategy is built and preserved.

Although it was never his goal, he has been privileged to be the recipient of numerous awards of the highest standard, including the inaugural Raymond Massa Distinction award for excellence in advising, the Gold Medalist Award, which is granted to one consultant who exemplifies the meaning of gold level service, as well as numerous other accolades both at his previous firm and the industry at large. He was a leading force and consistently achieved top-tier consulting status at the firm for 18 of the last 21 years.

He and his wife and business partner, Ann, have been blessed with two sons, Toby and Nate. As a family, they enjoy travelling, and in particular, leading youth groups on Africa Coptic Mission humanitarian trips. Emad’s involvement in the community focuses on youth, whether through coaching sports teams, mentoring and outreach, to organizing regular activities, with the goal of building up youth to reach their full potential. His passion for people is the hallmark of all he does, both professionally and personally.

Christine joined Emad Saad and Associates Private Wealth Management in 2007 as an associate and is an integral part of the team. She has more than 18 years of experience in the financial industry and is involved in all aspects of the practice. Christine received her B. Comm from Concordia University with a major in finance and a minor in economics. She is also IIROC licensed. Christine takes great pride in the work she does, focusing all her efforts and commitment to client service and wealth management.

Christine and her husband Nader have two daughters who are the biggest joy in their lives. They enjoy spending most of their time with family and friends and are passionate in serving the youth at their church.

Ann Francis

Ann joined Emad’s team in 2015 after a successful legal career at a large multinational corporation. She is IIROC licensed and is responsible for Practice Management and staying current with ongoing changes to Federal and Provincial laws and regulatory issues, while supporting the team with her legal background as it applies to corporate and business matters.

Ann obtained her two law degrees from McGill University and worked for a large multinational company for over a decade as a corporate commercial lawyer. Ann was also a candidate for the Conservative Party of Canada for Lac-Saint-Louis in the 2019 and 2021 federal elections. She has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations and is very involved in her church as a Youth Leader. Her business and leisure travels have taken Ann around the world to such places as India, Japan, China, Ecuador, Kenya, Zambia, and much of Europe.

Mira Michael

Mira joined Emad Saad and Associates Private Wealth Management in 2019 as a para-planner. She has more than eight years of experience in the financial consulting industry and is involved in the planning and insurance aspects of the practice. Mira is a CFA® Charterholder which demonstrates competency in the application of financial and investment tools, a commitment to ethics, and a desire to always put clients’ interests first. Mira has completed her CSC and CPH and is on her way to being IIROC licensed. Mira received her BEc from Cairo University with a major in economics and a minor in statistics. Her passion to help people reflects in her commitment and dedication to assist all team members as well as clients throughout the wealth management process.

Tobias Saad

Tobias Saad is a dynamic young professional with a B.Comm. (Hons) from the University of Ottawa. He is drawn to the analytical side of the financial industry and approaches his work passionately. Beyond his blooming career, Tobias leads a multi-faceted life. He not only played semi-pro soccer but also proudly clinched the bronze medal for Canada in powerlifting on the global stage in Manchester, England in 2022. This blend of competitive spirit from sports seamlessly intertwines with his relentless and success-driven mindset in the business world.

Amidst the intense pace of sports and finance, Tobias has an innate aptitude for woodworking. Hand carving wood into a variety of detailed creations provides an aspect of tranquility in his life. With a zest for life’s diverse facets, Tobias embodies the harmony of competition, creativity, and financial acumen.

Ireini joined Emad Saad and Associates Private Wealth Management in 2022 as Emad’s Executive Assistant. Ireini has more than 15 years of extensive experience in administration and office coordination. Her past roles extend to working in higher education institutions such as McGill University to non-profit organizations. Her diverse experience in client and donor relations, and her rapid perception of business issues enable her to always accomplish assignments successfully with a positive and professional attitude. Ireini holds a master’s degree in sociology and anthropology from The American University in Cairo, as well as a bachelor’s degree in English literature.

Ireini demonstrates a great passion to serve the community. She is a board member of two different charitable organizations. She is also a committed group leader in Saint Peter and Saint Paul Coptic Orthodox Church, and she devotes a lot of efforts in serving the children and youth of her congregation. Her passion to serve others is also reflected in her work ethics and her attitude when approaching clients’ needs.
