Darren brings over 25 years of experience, working with affluent families, foundations, and corporations. He has written several articles for local and national publications on topics of business and finance.
As an industry consultant focused on best-practice management, Darren’s private wealth knowledge has helped clients feel confident and secure.
After studying Economics at the University of Windsor, Darren took courses at Princeton and Harvard Business School. He credits much of his investment knowledge and expertise to travelling the world to consult with leading authorities, with the likes of Warren Buffett, Jeremy Siegel, and Jeffery Gundlach, and shared those business and finance insights with clients.
Darren holds professional credentials in insurance, was previously registered in the United States as a Series 7, Series 63, and was previously licensed as an Options Supervisor and Compliance Officer. He has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Institute PDO (Partners, Directors and Senior Officers) Course.
Darren lives in Windsor and is actively involved in several local charities. He is the proud father of two children, Sydney and Jack.

Stephanie joined the wealth management industry in 2011 as part of a top-notch service initiative. With her ability to learn quickly and tireless work ethic, she continually exceeds expectations and has a very high standard of service and advocacy for clients.
She attended the University of Windsor, earning an Honours degree in Business Administration and Economics. Her business and entrepreneurial experience began alongside her father in the manufacturing industry. During that time, she learned valuable skills in running and operating a business that she continues to apply today.
Stephanie has her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designations, giving her the knowledge, skills, experience, and ethics to examine clients’ entire financial picture, even at the highest levels of complexity required of the profession.
Stephanie is the proud mother of her twins, Gregoris and Zoe. She loves travelling and meeting new people wherever she goes. After being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 21, her true passion grew for health, fitness, and longevity. She enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge to help others and previously volunteered with Diabetes Canada as Regional Chair.

With a strong background in software development, automation, and data analytics, Edward contributes to the systems that support our team’s commitment to delivering a high-touch client experience and the disciplined execution of the Income Accelerator strategy. His focus on precision, scalability, and efficiency helps ensure advisors and clients alike benefit from accurate reporting, streamlined workflows, and dependable information.
Edward holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Distinction from the University of Windsor, along with a minor in Mathematics. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the design and development of platforms supporting the private wealth, investment, and mortgage industries, with experience spanning software engineering, automation, client reporting, and modern data systems.
Within our team, Edward contributes to the ongoing evolution of the analytics and reporting infrastructure, helping strengthen the tools and processes that support long-term client relationships and informed financial decision-making.
Outside the office, Edward enjoys soccer, volleyball, strategy games, and spending time with family and friends. A second-generation Canadian with Romanian roots, he values continuous learning, meaningful relationships, and experiences that broaden perspective both personally and professionally.

With a Combined Honours degree in Computer Science and Physics from the University of Windsor, along with a minor in Mathematics, Jacob brings a disciplined analytical mindset to everything he does. He specializes in building scalable tools and systems that improve how information is collected, validated, and presented—helping our team deliver reliable reporting, operational efficiency, and greater clarity for clients.
Jacob’s background includes research developing optimized radio-frequency pulse waveforms for MRI experiments, experience that reflects his ability to work methodically within complex, precision-driven environments. Today, he applies that same rigor to strengthening the infrastructure that supports our advisory process.
