As a Wealth Advisor with over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, he works closely with professionals, families, entrepreneurs, and small business owners to translate their goals, priorities, and responsibilities into clear financial strategies.
Justin’s diverse knowledge, background, passion for this industry, and his unparalleled work ethic, allow him to create a meaningful connection and provide experienced perspective to his clients. Working in collaboration with his team at NexGen, Justin supports clients through both everyday financial decisions and major life transitions. His perspective is shaped not only by experience in financial markets, but also by a deep interest in wellness, behavioural psychology, and high achievement, which inform how he helps clients align financial decisions with their broader values and ambitions. Beyond building strategies and solutions, he provides financial coaching and consulting to help clients to align their financial decisions with their values. Justin works with professionals, families, entrepreneurs, and small businesses and is always pushing the boundaries for what’s possible for his clients.
Justin holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics from Queen’s University, with a specialization in Econometrics – a fancy word for advanced statistics. He is a licensed Wealth Advisor, Associate Portfolio Manager, and Certified Investment Manager (CIM®). He is also licensed in Life Insurance, Accident & Sickness Insurance, and Corporate Benefits.
Born and raised in Toronto, Justin lives in Etobicoke with his fiancée Aryna and their dog, Rigatoni. Outside of the office, he enjoys travelling, dining out, cooking, golfing at St. George’s Golf & Country Club in Etobicoke, and spending time at his family’s home in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is also an proud supporter of Toronto sports teams, especially the 2019 NBA Champion Toronto Raptors.

With more than 35 years of experience in wealth management, Paul’s expertise is grounded in his passion to support his clients through life’s transitions with peace of mind and trust. Paul’s approach is based upon a simple belief: financial guidance should support all aspects of a client’s financial life – recognizing that each decision made together impacts his client’s life beyond their money.
Over the course of his career, Paul has built long-standing relationships with individuals and families who value steady guidance and trusted perspective. Paul recognizes that decisions about money rarely exist in isolation. Whether clients are navigating business growth, retirement, family responsibilities, or legacy planning, he focuses on helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and has earned both the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) and Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designations. His insights on financial planning have been featured in a variety of media publications and broadcasts, and he has been invited to serve on several boards in recognition of his business perspective and advocacy for clients. In 2011, he was honoured nationally as Advisor of the Year.
Paul works and lives in Etobicoke with his wife, Stacey, whose support and partnership have been an important part of his journey. Together they have two daughters and spend many winter weekends skiing as a family at Alpine Ski Club. Paul enjoys golf at St. George’s Golf & Country Club, fly fishing, hockey, and travelling to visit friends around the world.

Cody believes strong advisor relationships are built through trust, careful listening, and a genuine understanding of each client’s priorities.
Cody is a licensed Investment Advisor, committed to continuous learning and believes in building trust-based relationships by understanding individual needs and supporting clients in achieving the life they aspire towards through financial management. Cody works alongside the NexGen team to support clients who want to make confident decisions, without the noise, panic, or guesswork.
Outside of the office, Cody enjoys spending time outdoors, often hiking with his two chihuahuas. He enjoys exploring Toronto, often checking out concerts and new restaurants around the city.

Tyler works with the NexGen team to help clients navigate their financial decisions with clarity and confidence. He supports advisors and clients throughout the planning and investment process, ensuring that each relationship receives thoughtful attention and consistent care.
Tyler’s experience driving business development and supporting clients while at a global asset management firm, has provided him exposure to clients and advisors across Canada. This experience gave him insight into the many ways individuals approach investing and reinforced his belief that strong financial guidance begins with understanding a client’s life, priorities, and long-term goals.
Tyler is an Associate Investment Advisor and brings a strong foundation in investment strategies, financial planning, and client service. Tyler has completed the Canadian Securities Course, Investment Advisor Training Program and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH®).
After spending several years living in British Columbia, Tyler is happy to be back home in Ontario, reconnecting with friends and family. Outside of work he enjoys staying active by participating in a variety of different sports, as well as spending his weekends at his family’s cottage in Muskoka, relaxing on the dock.
