Governance

We believe in transparency. That is why all our investment decisions are made within a transparent framework that is available to you. You will have peace of mind knowing exactly how we are managing your money. No secrets, no surprises – just transparent, evidence-based investment strategies.

The Role of Investment Governance

Aligning your portfolio with your strategic goals

Managing investment risk with clear policies and procedures

Honouring our fiduciary responsibility

Meeting regulatory and compliance obligations

Our Approach

As fiduciaries, we uphold the highest standard of care and always act in your best interests. Our investment governance approach, driven by the Investment Policy Statement, is designed to provide transparency, accountability, and a framework that guides our investment decisions, ensuring your portfolio remains aligned with your strategic objectives and values.

Part of this process is incorporating an Investment Policy Statement unique to you. Once we have created your wealth plan and identified your risk tolerance, together we draft your IPS. We view the IPS as the constitution that governs our relationship with you. An IPS is a document that describes your investment objectives and outlines rules for us, your portfolio managers, in managing your investments.
