Lewis is an Associate with the Waterfront Group at Wellington-Altus Private Wealth. He has spent over two decades in the investment management industry, mostly on the corporate side of the industry at a variety of companies. But after working beside Dan and his team for over a year and understanding our pension-like investment approach, our incredible clients, and how rewarding it is to serve them, he jumped at the chance to join the team.

Prior to joining the Waterfront Group, Lewis worked at Wellington-Altus Private Wealth as a Senior Manager focusing on asset allocation & portfolio construction, due diligence, and performance reporting. Before starting at Wellington-Altus, he worked at BCI, the company that runs over $230 Billion for British Columbia’s public sector pension plans, and CI Financial, one of the largest investment management firms by assets under management in Canada. Lewis brings a deep technical background and a broad variety of experiences assessing investment opportunities, managing investment risk, and understanding how different investments work together.
Lewis is excited to work closely with clients to share this knowledge.

Lewis holds an Honours BA in Economics from York University and has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designations, proof of his passion for continual improvement and commitment to stay at the cutting-edge of the industry.

When he gets the odd break in his busy schedule, he enjoys connecting with family and close friends, travelling, and playing the occasional game of basketball or chess.
