Her career spans an impressive range of experiences, including keynote speaking, podcast hosting, and creative work in fashion. She also dedicated more than 20 years to serving our community in law enforcement, including her impactful role as a school resource officer working directly with youth across Calgary.
Through her firsthand experience, Carlamay developed a deep understanding of the challenges young people face today. This perspective has fueled her passion for helping parents and caregivers build stronger connections and engage in meaningful, sometimes difficult, conversations that can truly change lives.
Adding to her many accomplishments, Carlamay is also the author of Youth Truth: Engaging in Conversations That Can Change Lives, furthering her mission to support families with practical tools and insight.
